If you are a PAS 2030 certified business and applying to join TrustMark through a Scheme Provider that is not your PAS 2030 certification body you will need to check that they are able to offer these trades and can validate, monitor and provide TrustMark with your PAS 2030 certified annexes.
Should they not offer these trades, lodgement of work into the Data Warehouse will not be possible and you should contact your certification body membership team to support your TrustMark application.

Trading Standards approved scheme
Would you like to become Trading Standards Approved (TSA) and provide your customers with greater peace of mind? Once TrustMark Registered, you can apply to become nationally Trading Standards Approved through our Primary Authority Partnership with Buckinghamshire & Surrey Trading Standards. This accreditation is attained through completion of an Intelligence (Intel) Check and goes that step further in providing consumer confidence. You will gain access to the TSA logo and we will also update the website so consumers know that you are accredited with being Trading Standards Approved when searching for businesses in their area.
The cost of TSA is £90 (+VAT) and is in addition to any fee that your Scheme Provider may charge.
You must accept the TrustMark Trading Standards terms & conditions before you can proceed with your application. You can download a full copy of the terms using the link below:
To process your application an 'intelligence' (Intel), check will be carried out by Trading Standards.
Trading Standards will consider information available to them through partner agencies, open source data, intelligence databases and trading history. The detail of any information found will not be shared with TrustMark unless it is from a publicly accessible source. Intelligence will be used to inform the assessment of whether the business is complying with the terms of membership and compliance standards for TrustMark Trading Standards Approved.
If you are not located in Buckinghamshire or Surrey your local Trading Standards team may be consulted.
TrustMark is the Government Endorsed Quality Scheme that covers work a consumer chooses to have carried out in or around their home.
When a consumer chooses a TrustMark Registered Business, they are engaging an organisation that has been thoroughly vetted to meet required standards and has made a commitment to good customer service.
