I'm looking for information about:RdSAP Conventions
Can I use an air tightness test in the Pre-Installation Retrofit Assessment (EPR) and not have an air tightness test in the Post installation Retrofit Assessment (EPR) or vice-versa?
No. If you use an airtightness test in the pre-installation Retrofit Assessment (EPR), you must use an airtightness test throughout the project. You cannot mix and match.
If a loft within an extension of the property cannot be accessed is it possible to create a compliant Assessment?
Retrofit Assessors who are in any doubt should contact their TrustMark Scheme provider for assistance.
Should any loft area be entered as “unknown” on the pre-installation RdSAP file but show an entered value in the post then this would be considered non-compliant.
Are Heating Controls allowed to be entered on the post-installation R file when a Boiler / ASHP / other Heat Source are not part of the project?
Yes, provided there is an applicable heating system measure within the project. For the avoidance of doubt heating system measure includes the heating control measures valid within ECO4
