What is a Business Portal Account?

 

Designed to enable easy communication with customers from the first enquiry to completion, the TrustMark 'Business Portal' is a secure, convenient and free platform that supports Registered Businesses through every stage of a project.  

Within the portal, businesses with have access to advice, guidance and template contracts all based around the Code of Conduct, providing clear legislative support that removes any confusion or ambiguity.

Follow our simple steps to claim your account:

  1. Search for your business using the name as displayed on the TrustMark website
  2. 'Claim' your account and send the activation email to the email address we have in our database, provided by your Scheme Provider
  3. The 'Activate' button within your email will redirect you to our website Business Portal sign-in, where you can create your password and login to your account
  4. Once logged in, you can start the process of changing your TrustMark profile and adding information about your business
