What to Expect on the Day of Your Audit

A qualified TrustMark surveyor will visit your property to carry out the audit and provide you with clear information about the outcome and any next steps.

During the audit, our surveyor will carry out a thorough inspection of the work completed at your property. This will include:

  • Inspecting the energy efficiency measures installed in your home
  • Verifying that the installation meets the required technical and quality standards
  • Taking photographs to document the condition and installation of the measures
  • Conducting property measurements to support verification checks
  • Explaining the outcome of the audit and advising you of any next steps

All TrustMark surveyors carry valid TrustMark identification, which they will present upon arrival.
