During the audit, our surveyor will carry out a thorough inspection of the work completed at your property. This will include:
- Inspecting the energy efficiency measures installed in your home
- Verifying that the installation meets the required technical and quality standards
- Taking photographs to document the condition and installation of the measures
- Conducting property measurements to support verification checks
- Explaining the outcome of the audit and advising you of any next steps
All TrustMark surveyors carry valid TrustMark identification, which they will present upon arrival.
