About us

As a Retrofit Coordinator, I am responsible for managing and overseeing energy efficiency improvement projects from initial assessment through to completion. I ensure that all retrofit works are delivered in line with relevant standards, such as PAS 2035, and are executed to the highest levels of quality and compliance. My role involves carrying out detailed evaluations of building condition and energy performance, developing tailored retrofit plans, and coordinating the efforts of assessors, designers, and installers. I maintain oversight of the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that all health and safety requirements are met and that the measures implemented deliver the intended outcomes. I also engage closely with clients and stakeholders to provide clear communication, support informed decisions, and ensure overall project success.
