Esh Retrofit Solutions is a delivery division of Esh Construction, one of the largest privately-owned construction businesses delivering across the North East, Tees Valley, Yorkshire and Humber regions. Building on 20 years’ experience working in partnership with registered social landlords and local authorities to deliver affordable new build homes and refurbishment services; we are pleased to now offer an all-inclusive retrofit service. We specialise in delivering essential works to improve the energy efficiency of existing homes enabling providers to achieve Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) banding of C and above across their portfolios, the installation of decarbonisation measures and energy performance monitoring. We look forward to working collaboratively to reduce fuel poverty and deliver industry leading Social Value while helping our clients meet the Government’s energy efficiency and decarbonisation targets.
