Why Choose Trusted Payments?

{ "markup": "

TrustMark has partnered with Trusted Payments to help TrustMark Registered Businesses offer homeowners a more secure, transparent way to pay for home improvement work.

Home improvement projects often involve significant payments before work is completed. Trusted Payments helps reduce uncertainty by ensuring payments are linked to agreed project milestones, creating confidence for both the homeowner and the business.

Whether you're carrying out a kitchen installation, insulation project or renewable energy installation, Trusted Payments helps build trust from quote to completion.

FAQs

How Do Payments Work?

Your customer commits each milestone amount before you start that stage. When you mark the stage complete and they approve it, the consumer can send you payment. No invoicing, no chasing and you can request the payment to be made.

What Does It Cost Me?

There is an initial £35 project fee, and up to £4 per payment, these are deducted from the consumers completion payment held from the beginning. If you submit the quote to the consumer you can add these fees onto your quote automatically.

What If A Customer Disputes My Work?

The Dispute Resolution Ombudsman assesses it independently and makes a binding decision. That protects you from customers withholding payment unreasonably, and it protects your reputation in a way that arguing publicly never will.

What If A Customer Refuses To Sign off?

The dispute process is available to you as well as to them. It is not a one way protection.
