About us

Carn Energy helps South London homeowners and landlords make their properties warmer, cheaper to run, and more energy efficient. We are an ECMK-accredited retrofit assessment practice, working with households across Lambeth, Southwark and Wandsworth Our focus is on improving the built environment one property at a time: identifying the right improvements for each home, in the right order, so that energy upgrades are safe, effective, and lasting. We believe every household deserves a home that is comfortable to live in and affordable to heat. We provide: PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessments: detailed property surveys that identify appropriate energy efficiency improvements and produce a compliant Improvement Measures Report, required before any funded work can begin Warm Homes Plan support: guiding eligible homeowners and landlords through the retrofit assessment process for publicly funded improvements Energy Performance Certificates: accredited EPCs for homeowners selling or remortgaging, and landlords meeting their obligations under Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards All our work is carried out by ECMK-accredited assessors in accordance with PAS 2035 and relevant national standards. We are based in South London and committed to helping local households access the improvements their homes need.
