With extensive experience across the construction, energy efficiency and retrofit sectors, EcoReset brings a practical and technically informed approach to every property. Our focus is on ensuring that retrofit decisions are based on a clear understanding of the existing building, its condition, construction and energy performance, helping to establish an appropriate whole-dwelling approach to improvement. Our TrustMark registered services include: - Retrofit Assessor Assessments – undertaking comprehensive property assessments to establish the existing condition, construction, occupancy and energy performance of the dwelling, providing the information required to support appropriate retrofit decision-making. - EPC Reports – completing Energy Performance Certificate assessments and reports to provide a recognised assessment of a property's current energy efficiency and associated recommendations. - Retrofit Co-ordination – providing independent oversight and co-ordination of the retrofit process, helping to ensure that proposed improvements are appropriately assessed, designed, installed and evidenced in accordance with the applicable retrofit framework. - Retrofit Portal Lodgement and Funding Scheme Co-ordination – supporting the management, review and lodgement of required retrofit information and documentation across applicable funding schemes. EcoReset places particular emphasis on quality, compliance and a whole-building approach. Rather than considering energy efficiency measures in isolation, we look at how the property performs as a complete system, including its existing fabric, ventilation, moisture risks, occupancy and the interaction between proposed measures.
