Flutter Shutter Ltd™ is a patented secondary glazing system. We have worked closely with BRE, Ofgem and Trustmark to ensure a smooth process through RdSAP10 and PAS2030. We want to help RSL’s, HA’s and Private landlords reach their Net-Zero targets by supporting Decarbonisation through Fabric-First retrofit measures, enhancing EPC Ratings, and delivering Social Value via collaborative partnerships rooted in a group ethos. Flutter Shutter™ is an innovative, energy-efficient Secondary Glazing solution designed to enhance thermal performance without compromising the character of Heritage properties. Unlike traditional glazing upgrades, Flutter Shutter™ uses a discreet, fabric-based system that acts as a fabric first energy measure to reduce heat loss and improve comfort in period buildings. Thoroughly tested and verified by BRE, University of Salford and Liverpool John Moores University, resulting in U-Values and performance parallel to triple glazing.
