To ensure a high quality of workmanship and trading practices TrustMark runs a programme of desktop and onsite inspections. A team of in-house auditors carries out the desktop and onsite audits.
Where we identify a need, we also work with TrustMark Registered Businesses through their associated Scheme Provider to drive improvements and manage identified remediation.

Retrofit Portal Support
The video above shows the RC’s view then they log into their account on the Data Warehouse. The video explains how the RC can supply evidence to remove any NC.
Once this has been accepted the dashboard will update the view to show the issue has now been closed.
