Retrofit Portal Amend Functions
This is a brief guide for Data Warehouse users for amendment functions that are available, please note there are additional charges for using the majority of the amend functions.
Criteria for using the functions
Current amendment functions available in Retrofit Portal
Retrofit Portal - In progress Project Voiding
If you have not completed a full Project and the status is showing as “In Progress” you as the account holder can void the project and associated lodgements by selecting the project requiring voiding and then clicking the 3 dots top right-hand corner of the screen.
Select “Void Project” and then Yes to associated lodgements and confirm.
Retrofit Portal - Project Amendments
Both Property Information and Tenure can be amended on Projects by selecting the project requiring amendment and then clicking the 3 dots top right-hand corner of the screen.
When you select “Update Property Information”, you are presented with the information you are able to amend as below. (There is currently no charge for this type of amend)
When you select “Update Tenure”, you are presented with the information you are able to amend as below. (There is currently no charge for this type of amend)
Retrofit Portal – Uploading Post RdSAP XML file
(There is a £10+ VAT charge for this upload)
If you have completed a project and found that the post installation RdSAP file is incorrect you can upload a corrected file as long as your project has not been requested by Ofgem.
You can check the status with Ofgem, by selecting “Ofgem check History.”
If the file has not been requested by Ofgem, you can then select “Post RdSAP”.
To upload the new file, tick to agree to the terms and amend the project. This will automatically update the Project and reissue the certificate to the customer.
Retrofit Portal – Document Upload (excluding RdSAP xml files)
If you need to upload corrected or missing documentation, you can do so by selecting “Documents” from within the Project.
Retrofit Portal- Lodgement Amends
When you need to amend details within a lodgement, you can do this by selecting “Lodgements” inputting the reference and scrolling down to “Amendments”
If you click “Add Amendment”
The system will display all the measures within this lodgement you can amend.
By clicking on the Pencil icon, you will then see the fields you can amend. You can amend all fields listed or just the relevant fields. (There is a charge for each total amend of £10.00 +VAT)
Once you are happy with your amends, click “Update” and you will see the old values struck through and in Red. If these are correct, then you would tick to agree the Terms and click “Confirm.”
You will then be able to see all amends made listed with the Amendments section of the lodgement.
Retrofit Portal- Cloning of Measure in lodgement
When you need to clone details of a measure within a lodgement you can do this by selecting “Lodgements” inputting the reference and scrolling down to “Amendments” (This function is the most appropriate where there are multiple heating controls)
When cloning you would select the “Page” Icon
This will then create a duplicate of the current measure. To update this to the correct details, you will need to select the Pencil icon.
This will then open the fields up to allow you update with relevant information. Once you have updated the required fields you click update. (There is a charge for each cloned measure of £10.00 +VAT)
If these are correct, then you would tick to agree the Terms and click “Confirm.”
