Add personal/tailored reference to an IOE within a project

There has been a new release within the Retrofit Portal Data Warehouse. Retrofit Coordinators now have the option to add personal/tailored references to an IOE within a project.
It isn’t mandatory and won't effect anything for you in the way of information required.
