Quality Assurance Technical Administrator

Job Description

We are TrustMark - the only UK Government-Endorsed Quality Scheme for home improvements carried out in and around the home. We are passionate about quality and assurance and what that means for homeowners and our Registered Businesses.


We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technical Administrator to join our Quality Assurance (on-site) audit team. The role is full-time, and office based. We operate a nine-day fortnight working pattern.


The Quality Assurance Technical Administrator will complete a variety of administration tasks, including - managing a shared inbox, timely completion of site visit bookings and diary management for the surveyors, regular communications with Scheme Providers and Retrofit Coordinators to assist and answer their questions.

The role is responsible for monitoring remediation progress and timelines to ensure comprehensive tracking and proactive management. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required in all aspects of the role.


The successful candidate will:

  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality in all areas of their work by being organised, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Always provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong administration skills with an ability to self-manage a varied workload.
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills which are positive and effective.
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and
    associated applications.
  • Capable of handling and understanding the administration of technical data and information.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change and a variety of tasks.
