Always Report Shocking Work
The Electrical Safety Roundtable was founded to improve electrical safety in the home and we are proud to partner with them to help create an online tool to enable quick and easy reporting of unsafe or non-compliant electrical work found in homes.
This reporting tool can be used by anyone that finds unsafe or non-compliant electrical installation work. The information you provide will help us to understand better the type and nature of unsafe and non-compliant electrical installation work in homes throughout Great Britain.
The information that is collected will be analysed regularly and Electrical Safety Roundtable will be making the results public. The findings will help to quantify the level of risk posed by electrical installations to households and will be used to consider whether changes are needed to enhance electrical safety standards further.
Please note that reporting unsafe or non-compliant electrical work using this form will not lead to any enforcement action being taken against those who undertook the unsafe or non-compliant work. It will help to quantify the level of risk posed to those living in homes with unsafe electrical installations.
If It Doesn't Conform - Fill In The Form
The more data we can collect, the more effective we can be in campaigning for enhanced electrical safety standards if the evidence suggests they are needed.
