Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team.

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand’s success through strategic planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing initiatives.

Your expertise in digital marketing, content marketing strategy, and event management will be crucial in achieving our business goals.

Who are we?

We are TrustMark - the only Government-Endorsed Quality Scheme for home improvements carried out in and around the home. We are passionate about quality and assurance and what that means for homeowners and our Registered Businesses.

Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing:

 

  • Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including:

 

  • SEO/SEM: Optimize our online presence for search engines.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and manage email campaigns.
  • Social Media: Maintain a consistent brand presence across all digital channels.
  • Content Marketing: develop and deliver the content strategy to enhance TrustMark’s authoritative position on Quality Standards and Assurance in home improvements.

 

  • Measure and report campaign performance, analyzing against key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and drive growth.

 

2. Content Creation:

 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  • Develop content for various channels, including website, blog, social media, and email.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and drives customer engagement.
  • Continuously brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

 

3. Event Marketing:

 

  • Coordinate and manage various aspects of key conferences, industry events, and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to execute successful events.
  • Provide project management and coordination to ensure event success.

 

4. Subject Matter Expertise:

 

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide thought leadership within the organization regarding digital marketing strategies.
  • An understanding of the processes in UK Government departments

Requirements

  • Education: A degree is not a requirement. Competence is a definite requirement

 

  • Experience: A proven track record in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing databases and analytics tools.
  • Experience leading and managing successful campaigns.
  • The ideal candidate would have experience gained in a membership organisation within the construction, home improvement or property technology markets.

 

  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
