Many of our approved scheme operators insist their
tradesmen meet higher standards due to the requirements of the
particular specialist trade and it is always worth finding out
exactly what they require of their members so that you know what
you are entitled to expect.
In return, you as the customer are expected to:
- Deal fairly with the firm
- Agree a fair price for good work
- Pay quickly when the job is finished
